Three network marketing hummers
The other day I saw three “Network Marketing” Hummers in less than an hour. It made me think, what exactly is the price of ethics? We’d all like to think that everyone will do what is right, no matter the incentives to the contrary. But nearly everyone has a price. So what incentive does it take to make a man dishonest in his dealings with his fellow men? It seems that even a person who is generally ethical on a personal and social level will take unfair advantage of his neighbor if it means a little “passive income”. I’ve seen far too many people, all upstanding members of the community, who are perfectly content with “network marketing” and pyramid schemes, business models made specifically to take advantage of the last generation of suckers to buy in. Utah. Please stop. It’s not worth your souls.
