I too have been scamed byb this Frankie Fard. I have located his one son in Maui Hawaii working on a golf course in the weehours of the morning, He has apologized profusely for his Father, and knows I got ripped off of 2 checks he cashed @ wells fargo bank. Of all places he came with his son to the Timpanogas Temple parking lot to show me stuff I did not want or order. So the agreeement was to return my money (yeah) by DHL but he used the excuse I was niot there so they did not leave it, or a custumary notice tto contact them for another delivery..it was all lies. I talked to Shaeen last week and he acted shocked hids Dad had not taken care of the problem returning the money plus a gold nugget watch just because I had veen so patient with all of his surgeries...health problems...and other misfortunes but he said he would take care of the debt, or as we know now just another scam he had no intention of repaying. I have a son with an inoperable brain condition abd it would be a miracle if Frankie found the testicles and fortitude to pay me what he owes me. I have a darling friend who works for one of the bigestlaw firms in SLC, she has told me what needs to be done but as I am sure you are aware he hides out because of his croked lifestyle. I found his home in Thanksgiving Point but unfortunately he had just sold the olace the week before. He pretends he is working on a gig job in St. George but as for liars it seems you lose faith in their intrgrity and honesty. I would love to find his home and believe me I would let my son that has been Iraq 4 times and once in Adghanistan pay him a friendly visit...he served in the private secto over in Frankie's homeland and if nothing more I would like to get to him before he screws more innocent people. I have no respect for his type. I hope charma catches up to him...soner than later. Perhaps we should atend his oldest boy's wedding in Hawaii!!! Hope to hear from you. it seems that you and a few people have issues with this guy .i know him and have for a few years.and the credit card issue that you are claiming i simply asked him,his response was quite different as shoulb be because of two sides to all stories.if any charges was without knowledege then someone is lying,he even told me any charges incured was strictly on the woman in question and her family.i know his nature and you are so wrong in your evaluation.but its obvious when a relationship goes sour so does the comments made after the fact.so for all those who think they know every thing call his phone.he will answer all calls or return your nessage.anf for this nancy lady,you seem to be more concerned with advertising than being a little more truthfull
You name it he has done it. Unfortunately the guy is a really nice guy in the sense of character and personality. He can be quite the charmer. But the problem is what ever he promises either never comes to pass, he has some excuse for this or that, or if does come through its because he has taken from some one else to provide it to you. He kites checks from one account to another, writes bad checks to cover debts for the moment, makes fake real estate investments, acts as a stock broker and takes money to invest in stock market and doesn't, gets money and or properties/vehicles from new people he meets and gives it to older relationships to satisfy debts. He is known to prey on several woman at once and uses their finances to better his lifestyle. I tell you this as a warning, you have your free agency. But if I were you I would not even bother being his friend. I have known him for almost five years and have been burnt several times. Sooner or later his charm will get the best of you to become some how financially entangled in his web of lies. Don't take my word for it contact Davis county Sheriffs department,located in the state of Utah. He has served time for writing 38 hot checks and these aren't a few dollars here and there, tens of thousands of dollars. I have substantial first hand information but it will all be used in a local case being built in the California court system, so I am unable to give specifics. Hope this helps you if you were deciding to get financially involved. What ever story he gives you, however amazing or fantastic it sounds, believe me it's only a story or someone else is painfully paying for it.

I have just googled his name because I too have fallen victim to his friendly character. I have known him for ten years and would never have imagined he would do this. What do I do now? Is there any recourse?

I personally know people that have been screwed by this CON ARTIST. He claims he has money then writes bad checks and some how gets peoples credit cards and spends, spends spends!! Never trust this con artist for that is all he is. This man (if you can call him that) has no money! He uses other peoples credit cards and goes to Hawaii about twice a month. Never trust this CON!

My debt has just gone up to $26,000.00...Not sure what I should do. I know He will never pay this off. I did get a cashiers check a couple of weeks ago for $500.00, didn't make much of a dent in his debt. I am working long hours to pay for HIS debt. I don't get to see my kids as often as I would like to. Can anyone give me advise, I am wondering if bankruptcy is the way to go.. Thanks
This guy came into our dealerships a few years ago claiming he had access to a bunch of cars cheap in florida, we gave him 17000.00. he gave the most outlandish lies you can imagine. He had cancer, not. He was friends with Emeril the cook dude, he was friends with the head manager of the venetian. Purely a scammer. We were foolish. This man has no soul. period. We were young guys with families, and he flat out robbed us blind. Never got shiz out of this guy but two cars for which he didnt have the titles. Had to find out whose cars they were and return them. Once after we had sold it. He belongs in prison after a good beating.

Just got off the phone with the Supervisor of White Collar Crime in Utah in order to find out about Farzad Fard. Everyone affected by Fard's rip off behavior needs to call and place a complaint against him since there is NO case against him. As Jim Malpede stated his case, the FBI does not have the resources to handle the fraud cases under $10,000,000 dollars since he has a staff of ten to deal with fraud in business, banking, etc. that goes to a billion dollars. By continuing complaints through the FBI they become the scorekeeper of the amount through the state that is being ripped off by Frankie.
It is apparent Frankie left Utah to reside in Maui in Aug 2008 and has since returned to Utah as of Nov 2009. His current business address is 552 State Road, Pleasant Grove, UT for those of you that are interested in this thief whose speciality is "theft by deception." Since he has no job, his current employment is by practicing the artistry of deception knowing there's always some person that will believe his grandiose tales. After speaking with the FBI it appears the only way to tackle the legal aspects is through the local authorities of each county and go down and press charges based upon how much money he has bilked out of you.
I went by 552 state in Pleasant Grove today and they told me he is no longer there. I did a little bit of research and found out he lives in a house on Broken Arrow in Bluffdale. He is apparently "squatting" in a big house there. He has most likely "dupped" another innocent person???? Please call the FBI on the guy.

The infamous Frankie Ford aka Farzad Fard or FF as in fffn fathead (take your pick, they all work) has surfaced again in Utah. FF you know the garbage taken as collateral for the money you acquired by your now infamous, theft by deception tactics, that have been so completely described on this blog from two years ago, has the value of $68,000 only in your pathological brain.
You see Frank, in the real world, money owed has to be proven. Like the two checks you wrote on the closed account and signed with FF because we only knew you as Frank Ford, but we didn't know you as Farzad then. Once we read about Farzad, we knew it was you since you did the same thing in Utah when you had to leave apparently for kiting checks and practicing your gypsy art of theft by deception. I was so happy you threw out the term so we could all see what it means.
You never paid the damage deposit of $2000 as that was to be credited along with the $4000 dollar check you cashed immediately that was for the purchase of the Ford truck "your friend had access to because he could get cars from the FDA." You compounded your deception with phony emails from this invisible friend and he verified receiving monies from you. I am sure this sounds all too familiar with all the people who know you.
And Frankie, you allow me nothing because all of your theft talk about me is your projection. You see, you need proof. We have the physical proof. You have nothing going for you because you find it necessary to lie about everything.
