I too have been scamed byb this Frankie Fard. I have located his one son in Maui Hawaii working on a golf course in the weehours of the morning, He has apologized profusely for his Father, and knows I got ripped off of 2 checks he cashed @ wells fargo bank. Of all places he came with his son to the Timpanogas Temple parking lot to show me stuff I did not want or order. So the agreeement was to return my money (yeah) by DHL but he used the excuse I was niot there so they did not leave it, or a custumary notice tto contact them for another delivery..it was all lies. I talked to Shaeen last week and he acted shocked hids Dad had not taken care of the problem returning the money plus a gold nugget watch just because I had veen so patient with all of his surgeries...health problems...and other misfortunes but he said he would take care of the debt, or as we know now just another scam he had no intention of repaying. I have a son with an inoperable brain condition abd it would be a miracle if Frankie found the testicles and fortitude to pay me what he owes me. I have a darling friend who works for one of the bigestlaw firms in SLC, she has told me what needs to be done but as I am sure you are aware he hides out because of his croked lifestyle. I found his home in Thanksgiving Point but unfortunately he had just sold the olace the week before. He pretends he is working on a gig job in St. George but as for liars it seems you lose faith in their intrgrity and honesty. I would love to find his home and believe me I would let my son that has been Iraq 4 times and once in Adghanistan pay him a friendly visit...he served in the private secto over in Frankie's homeland and if nothing more I would like to get to him before he screws more innocent people. I have no respect for his type. I hope charma catches up to him...soner than later. Perhaps we should atend his oldest boy's wedding in Hawaii!!! Hope to hear from you. If you know this man, get him out of your life as soon as possible. He is full lies upon lies. He will screw you out of every dollar he can. Stay clear of this scammer!
it seems that you and a few people have issues with this guy .i know him and have for a few years.and the credit card issue that you are claiming i simply asked him,his response was quite different as shoulb be because of two sides to all stories.if any charges was without knowledege then someone is lying,he even told me any charges incured was strictly on the woman in question and her family.i know his nature and you are so wrong in your evaluation.but its obvious when a relationship goes sour so does the comments made after the fact.so for all those who think they know every thing call his phone.he will answer all calls or return your nessage.anf for this nancy lady,you seem to be more concerned with advertising than being a little more truthfull
You name it he has done it. Unfortunately the guy is a really nice guy in the sense of character and personality. He can be quite the charmer. But the problem is what ever he promises either never comes to pass, he has some excuse for this or that, or if does come through its because he has taken from some one else to provide it to you. He kites checks from one account to another, writes bad checks to cover debts for the moment, makes fake real estate investments, acts as a stock broker and takes money to invest in stock market and doesn't, gets money and or properties/vehicles from new people he meets and gives it to older relationships to satisfy debts. He is known to prey on several woman at once and uses their finances to better his lifestyle. I tell you this as a warning, you have your free agency. But if I were you I would not even bother being his friend. I have known him for almost five years and have been burnt several times. Sooner or later his charm will get the best of you to become some how financially entangled in his web of lies. Don't take my word for it contact Davis county Sheriffs department,located in the state of Utah. He has served time for writing 38 hot checks and these aren't a few dollars here and there, tens of thousands of dollars. I have substantial first hand information but it will all be used in a local case being built in the California court system, so I am unable to give specifics. Hope this helps you if you were deciding to get financially involved. What ever story he gives you, however amazing or fantastic it sounds, believe me it's only a story or someone else is painfully paying for it.

I have just googled his name because I too have fallen victim to his friendly character. I have known him for ten years and would never have imagined he would do this. What do I do now? Is there any recourse?
Who is cheated? Are you totally nuts? You make it sound like what he did to you was a slap on the hand. Note to everyone who has been cheated by FRANKIE, TURN HIM IN. It has taken me only one year to do it but finally I realized how crazy I would be if I did’nt let the police and now thanks to BURNT the FBI know about this loser. I can’t tell you how liberating it was to tell my story and know that a case will finally be made. People he’s good because he beleives his own lies. Don’t you get it without your money and others he can’t live. Unless he goes crying to his family or decides to get a real job. I let him make me promise after promise before I realized the definition of insanity was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I pitty his children. If I knew my father was an jack ass I would realize that I can love him but I don’t need to cover for him. He’s just going to take more from you too, boys and friends. Based on results he’ll never change, he doesn’t now how to. He’s a total leach, and he will suck you dry if you let him. He’s the kind that would steal from a small child just to pay back someone else he has previously owed. I’m not gonna lie, if he did that I would hope I would get the money. See, you probably feel the same way and that’s why you’ve waited so long to finally make a case. Now even if you’ve forgiven him his faults, as the christian thing to do in the state of utah, yes I’m MORMON, and Frankie knows it, I still would call and let the FBI know about your story.
